U2Wallet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Interpretation & Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "U2Wallet" / "We" / "Platform" – refers to the u2wallet.click website and all online betting services operated under it, including slots, live casino, roulette, Sports Betting and e-sports.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" – refers to any individual who has registered an account on the u2wallet platform and uses the services provided.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a member on the u2wallet platform using valid personal information.
• "Account Balance" – refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) available in a member's account for use in betting or withdrawals.
• "Bonus" – refers to any additional credits, free spins, cashback, or other rewards granted by u2wallet to a member, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Bet" – refers to any real-money wager placed by a member on any game or match available on the u2wallet platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) – refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

Any term not defined herein shall be interpreted according to its common usage in the online gambling industry and applicable Malaysian law.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the u2wallet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Being a Malaysian citizen or a legal resident of Malaysia.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Not appear on any list of individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded or been excluded by the platform.
• Registering only one account — multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. U2Wallet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a member. Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date should any personal details change.

3Account Usage & Security

Your u2wallet account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account with any other party. Each member is permitted to hold only one active account.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your u2wallet account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses or uses your account without your authorisation.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to support@u2wallet.click immediately.
• Use a secure internet connection when accessing the u2wallet platform.

U2Wallet uses 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all communications between your device and our servers. While we take all reasonable security measures, the security of your password remains your personal responsibility and not that of u2wallet.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the u2wallet platform must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

Important withdrawal conditions to take note of:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available.
• The name on your e-wallet or bank account must match the registered name on your u2wallet account.
• U2Wallet reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction.
• Winnings from unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn until the outcome has been finalised.
• U2Wallet is not responsible for delays caused by e-wallet or banking service providers.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the u2wallet platform — whether on slots, Live Casino tables, Roulette, Sports Betting including the Malaysia Super League, EPL and BWF badminton, or e-sports such as MPL Malaysia — are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum bet for most games is RM 0.10 for slots and RM 2 for Sports Betting and casino table games.
• Maximum bet limits vary based on the member's VIP tier and game type. The standard limit is RM 5,000 per bet for regular members.
• The outcome of all slots and Live Casino games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the basis of technical issues arising from the member's device or internet connection.
• In the event of a technical disruption caused by u2wallet's servers during an active bet, u2wallet will restore the account balance to its pre-bet state based on system records.
• For Sports Betting, u2wallet uses match result data from recognised sports data providers. Where there is a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official result, the official result as declared by the event organiser will take precedence.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be refunded to the member's account balance.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

U2Wallet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or given to another member.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• U2Wallet reserves the right to withdraw any unused bonus at any time with reasonable notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• The u2wallet VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with its own set of benefits. VIP points are accumulated automatically from every bet placed and can be redeemed for cashback or free spins at the current applicable rate.

U2Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of such changes via the website or their registered email.

7Privacy & Personal Data Protection

U2Wallet collects, processes and stores members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and member eligibility checks at registration and on an ongoing basis.
• Processing of financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Fraud detection and prevention, including anti-money laundering measures.
• Account-related communications, promotions and platform updates.
• Compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

U2Wallet will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or court order. 8Responsible Gambling

U2Wallet believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal difficulties. We are committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in the following ways:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour waiting period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limit: Members may set a maximum loss limit for a specified period. Once the limit is reached, no new bets can be placed until the limit period expires.
• Time Limit: Members may set session reminders or time limits on their playing sessions to prevent excessive use.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break or stop playing entirely may use the self-exclusion feature, with options ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed.
• Support: The u2wallet support team is trained to identify and assist members who show signs of problem gambling.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u2wallet platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Using automated software or scripts (bots) to place bets or exploit the system.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the u2wallet platform.
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus system, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system.

U2Wallet reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in the prohibited activities listed above. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and access to withdrawals withheld until the investigation is concluded.

10Liability Limitation & Disclaimer

The u2wallet platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". U2Wallet makes representations and warranties only to the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law. Specifically:

• U2Wallet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, be fully secure, or be free from technical errors.
• U2Wallet is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
• U2Wallet is not responsible for betting decisions made based on inaccurate information from third-party sources, including sports match statistics that may be subject to delays.
• Under all circumstances, u2wallet's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual balance held in that member's account at the time of the incident.

Members acknowledge that betting carries inherent financial risk and that the decision to bet is entirely their own, made voluntarily. U2Wallet does not provide financial advice, and nothing on this platform should be construed as a guarantee of winnings or financial returns.

11Account Closure & Termination

Either you or u2wallet may close your u2wallet account in accordance with the following terms:

Closure at member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@u2wallet.click. Prior to closure, all active bets must be settled and any eligible balance will be returned within 3–5 working days. Closure requests cannot be processed if there is an active investigation into the account.

Closure by u2wallet: U2Wallet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The registration information provided has been found to be false or misleading.
• Account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, u2wallet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including any pending withdrawals. In all other cases, any legitimate balance will be refunded once the investigation is concluded.

12Changes to Terms & Governing Law

U2Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members through:

• An in-platform notice on u2wallet at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Email to the member's registered address for changes that affect the member's material rights.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the u2wallet platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.
